Director Gary Marshall’s laughably bad comedy Exit to Eden is one of those films that’s really better missed than viewed. Following detectives investigating an S&M themed vacation resort, this stinker of a flick features Rosie O’Donnell and Dan Aykroyd. It’s only saving grace? One deliciously scene with Dana Delany and Iman decked out in full black leather dominatrix gear.
9 ½ Weeks (1986)
It doesn’t get any 80’s hotter than Kim Basinger in 9 ½ Weeks. In what might amount to the big screen version of softcore sexy, Basinger plays a divorcee coming into her own who engages in a series of increasingly risqué adventures with dominant Wall Street move maker Mickey Rourke. Luis Bunuel’s surrealist fantasy about unconventional sex and the female form, Belle de Jour explores the fantasy life of a middle class housewife living the life of a daytime call girl (expertly played by Catharine Deneuve). When sex between her and her husband fizzles, Deneuve finds herself fantasizing about wild, wicked sadomasochistic sexual exploits.
Last Tango in Paris (1972)
Marlon Brando plays an American who heads to Paris to escape his life upon the death of his wife in Last Tango in Paris.
