Welcome to this week’s Artist Spotlight, bringing the community together by delving into our Artists’ most inspiring ideas and practices, as well as a few of their favorite things. This week we are joined by pint-sized sassy Sagittarius, Khaleesi Buttz. Ready to dive deep into the art of the tease? Let’s get into it…
What are some of your favorite aspects of being an Artist?
KB: I really love the freedoms that being an artist has given me. As many people in the industry, our time offline is important to us, and how we use that time to recharge is vital to being healthy in your work too. I wouldn’t be able to do the live performing, costuming and training that being an Artist has allowed me. This has brought so much passion and creativity into my life. I also enjoy being able to work as an artist with friends who do. Sharing skills has always been something I have done.
How would you describe your style as a clip producer and Artist?
KB: I am primarily a solo femdom, sensual striptease and kink artist. My clips range from Financial Domination, Humiliation, Mind Control and Denial. My erotic side is a sensual tease artist. I have always adored the art of the tease, the hunger growing and the sensual movements of stripping and erotic dance. I also love some booty focused clips! My name does translate to Queen of Butts after all.
What is the most memorable or noteworthy moment of being a Artist?
KB: I think one of the most memorable was being gifted a PS4 for my 30th birthday. I had been chatting with some of my regulars about games we we’re playing and a bunch I hadn’t tried because I didn’t get a PS4 yet. Next thing I know my Wishlist dings and a PS4 and a couple games were on their way! I was overjoyed. A spoiled princess that birthday!
What are your favorite categories (fetish, JOI, roleplay, humiliation, etc) to perform in and why?
KB: My favourite KINK categories are, Findom, Femdom, SPH, Humiliation, Mesmerize. I love the power and control. I love sinking into a headspace and running a clip naturally. I don’t tend to enjoy scripts, I enjoy letting things flow naturally. My favourite EROTIC categories are Ass Worship, Foot Fetish, Body Worship, Eye Contact, Striptease. I always loved the idea of body part fetishes. Creating clips focused on one area, with instructions or with quiet for pure visual enjoyment. Striptease is a way I can play with the whole body and tease each area at a time.
Please describe your ideal sub and what this person could do to impress you.
KB: I am a complete princess. I adore being spoiled and doted on. Acts of Service and Gifting are my love languages after all. So when subs come to me giving willingly, tributing often, and gifting me is a great way to keep on my good side. Those who beg before paying up will soon find themselves burned.
Would you consider your work as an Artist to be your lifestyle, or do you enjoy a balance/separation between being an Artist and your personal life?
KB: I have a blend of the two. Some aspects of my muggle life blend into my Artist life. So when they cross over I feel more natural and at my best. But I do also have my muggle life that I enjoy sinking into deeply with my work brain shut completely off. I am a huge gamer nerd, I spend a lot of my offline time gaming. Not many would think that hah!
Please describe what being in the moment as an Artist feels like to you… Is it a rush? Exciting? Expected? Anything in between?
KB: I find creating as an artist is like any performance art. There is a build up, preparation, even if improv there is a state of mind to tap into. Then there is a cloud when you create your scene, you sink into it and just let it out. Performance art is exciting and scary but it’s so rewarding when you find something you’re good at and you didn’t expect it. Some days it can be a rush indeed.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
KB: I would have to pick “Shine on you Crazy Diamond” – Pink Floyd. It has such a delightful wave of music through all of the parts. Highs and Lows.
If you could have starred in any movie, what would it be and why?
KB: Bram Stoker’s Dracula. I would have dreamed to play Mina in one of my favourite love stories of all time.
If you could go to dinner with any celebrity, living or dead, who would you choose?
KB: I would love to have dinner with Robin Williams. I think it would have been glorious.
If you could only eat one meal everyday for the rest of your life, what would it be?
KB: Stir Fry. I loooove stir fry. Any kind.
Do you have any current obsessions?
KB: Gaming! I am a big gamer and currently have been going through and completing some of the games I hadn’t finished yet. Right now it’s Witcher 3. It’s so tempting to go back and replay games, even some games I have been playing over 20 years. I mostly am a Playstation gamer, but also have some PC games too.
What is the last book you read?
KB: Rising Sun – Michael Crichton
What is your dream vacation destination?
KB: I really would love to go to Egypt someday! I know I would hate the heat, but I would love to see some of the ruins still standing.
What is something about you that would surprise your audience?
KB: Usually it’s my height. Most of my images and clips I look really tall from my lean limbs, but I am really only 5’ tall so I often get people comment their surprise.
What was the last job you held before joining iWantEmpire?
KB: I worked in an art supply store. I have always dabbled in arts from cartoons, to a 15 year photography career (which I am currently retired).
How did you get started on iWantClips?
KB: I was talking to a few of my industry friends as to which clip sites I should look into. After reading more about it I felt that IWC was a really great fit for my style, and the platform is really nice to work on as a provider.
What are bad recommendations you hear given to people just starting out in the industry?
KB: Hmmm.. maybe pushing limits with money being the persuasion. “There’s a price for everything” is not a phrase that should be coming from your client. YOU make your rules, limits, and boundaries, and YOU set the pace to how and when you change them.
What advice would you give to a new artist starting out in the industry?
KB: Be patient. The first few tries will be tricky. Your brand needs time to build up and grow. Keep working on it and eventually you will gain your following. But also remember there is a fair amount of Luck involved. Some days you will have everything, and other days you have to push a little harder. Always find time to rest yourself, and don’t force yourself to do anything that causes you discomfort. Nothing is worth your well being in your muggle life.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with your fans, or anything you’d like us to include in your intro?
KB: Creating content has been an amazing experience to dabble in so many kink areas. It’s been really enjoyable creating custom clips, especially those who just want to let me take over and do my own thing. Those are always super fun!
