This week we shined the spotlight on findom artist Blaire Bishop discusses her passion for Cabernet, the paranormal and more in this week’s Artist Spotlight
Let’s get right into it
…
If you could have one gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it— what would it say and why?
Blaire Bishop: “Ha! I’m a terrible person. I’d use it to advertise, of course. It would simply say “www.EnslaveAllMen.com” which links to my clipsite. It would definitely upset people… And you know what they say about bad publicity.”
Something about you that would surprise your audience?
Blaire Bishop: “I’m really into horror and the paranormal. (Some of you may have noticed my bat tattoo on my hip.) I’m a voracious reader, and one of my favorite things to do when I am traveling is research the urban legends and haunted spots at my destination. I don’t necessarily believe in the paranormal, but it’s fun to think about.”
What was the last gift you gave someone?
Blaire Bishop: “I gave my father-in-law a bottle of The Balvenie for his birthday. Who doesn’t love a nice scotch!”
What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)?
Blaire Bishop: “I got myself a Bialetti Moka stovetop espresso pot. I love cortaditos and wanted to be able to make them at home. Tip: use Cafe Bustelo for maximum authenticity.”
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
Blaire Bishop: “I collect raccoon memorabilia. Magnets, stuffed animals, mugs. I even have a raccoon charm on one of my bracelets. I think they are adorable.”
What’s your favorite ’90s jam?
Blaire Bishop: “This one’s easy. “Black No. 1” by Type O Negative. I’m still a goth kid at heart.”
You walk into a market and buy only three things, what are they and why?
Blaire Bishop: “I’d buy a nice bottle of Cabernet, a loaf of fresh bread, and a wedge of Camembert. Then I’d call friends over to the house to enjoy it with me because sharing food with people you love is one of life’s simplest pleasures.”
What was the last job you held before joining iWantEmpire?
Blaire Bishop: “I was a professional horse trainer at a very fine Hunter stable. That career was ended by a back injury, but I still ride and compete in my spare time. I’ve always had expensive taste… luckily my career as an online succubus pays well. (Thanks IWC!)”
How did you get started on iWantClips?
Blaire Bishop: “I worked in femdom under another name for four or five years, so I’ve been on IWC in one form or another for a long time. I believe I saw a thread on Stripperweb about you guys and decided to check it out.”
What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession?
Blaire Bishop: “This one might get me in trouble, but I’ll say it: a lot of girls are told to “just be themselves,” and that’s terrible advice. It’s not necessary to force yourself into an inauthentic role, but you absolutely must be mindful of your market. The adult industry can be challenging, and to be competitive you have to be aware that every time you post something on Twitter or get on cam you are influencing how your potential paying clients see you.”
