To the Artist and fans of iWantClips:

We would like to take a moment to reassure our community that we are watching the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, and have taken precautions to keep our community and our staff members safe during these uncertain times.

Such steps include ensuring our planned photoshoots have been cancelled until it is safe to reschedule them, and enabling our staff to operate remotely to safeguard their health. We will continue to follow the guidelines and procedures set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as our local governments. We encourage everyone in our community to do the same.

We do not anticipate that the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) situation will impact or change our business operations. We are still here to support our Artists and Fans, providing the best platform and service that we can, as we get through this together as a community.

We are thrilled to announce the release of our dedicated Support Twitter @IWCSupportTeam.

With this release, both Artists and Fans alike will now have the option to obtain support on Twitter, in addition to still having the option of emailing our support team directly. This account will also be used to announce minor site updates.

“We understand that so much of our community is active on Twitter,” said Jay Philips, the President of iWantClips, “We are excited to further expand the reach of our support team into Twitter, where we will be able to provide both reactive and proactive support for all users.”

We welcome anyone within the community to tag or DM us anytime using our Twitter handle @IWCSupportTeam. We very much look forward to assisting you.
