She has been known to devour an entire bag of Totino’s Pizza Rolls in one sitting and thinking about penguin couples makes her cry tears of joy.
She is also an ambassador for the Thirst Project, a non-profit organization that builds wells and filtration systems in developing countries to provide access to clean water. Meredith grew up in Austin, Texas and attended St. Edward’s University where after studying Acting and Vocal Performance for a year she decided to shift her focus and major in Communication with an emphasis in Media, Public Relations, and Advertising. She spends several years working in the beer industry but her passion has always been performing, so after spending a year in Los Angeles growing her social media following, she finally took the stage doing stand up comedy for the first time in February of 2017 and she fell in love. Since then she has performed all over the Los Angeles area including appearances on Running Late with Scott Rogowsky, Who’s the Ross with Aaron Ross, and Don’t Tell Comedy.
