This week we’re shining the spotlight on Goddess Olivia Rose, as she discusses an inside to her life in an all-new Artist Spotlight. Exclusively from iWantClips.

If you could have one gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it— what would it say and why?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “If I could have a billboard that could say anything on it, if it were to describe me, it would have to say “Sadism With A Smile.” I thoroughly enjoy being sadistic with a consenting party. I don’t think one has to be a stern Domme at all times, and I thoroughly enjoy my sadistic side and embrace it and smile while I perform and am in sessions. This is why you see me laughing and smiling in a lot of harder BDSM scenes. It is fun and stimulating to me. I think one of my friends who met me while I was performing a BDSM stage show over a decade ago is right when they called me the “Nicest Domme Bitch you’ll ever meet.'”
Something about you that would surprise your audience?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “I think something that would surprise fans who don’t know me well is that I am a complete goofball. I often put inside jokes and funny things in My videos that no one will get unless they know me personally. Life is too short to be nothing but my weird authentic self. I am not scared to laugh at myself, either.”
What was the last gift you gave someone?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “The last gift I gave someone was a bouquet of calla lilies for My
Aunt while she was in the hospital. They are her favorite flowers and smell so good. It seemed to cheer her up while in the ICU. She is doing better now, so I hope I won’t have to bring her flowers again for any other reason than “just because” any time soon.”
What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “I think one thing that has positively impacted my life in the last few months would be my new mic. Now I can do voice overs, MP3s, and the like with ease. I like being able to add a little extra zing to my production. I have a theater and film background, so making my videos perfect and excelling at custom video production makes me happy. Being able to take someone’s vision and shape it into something they love is rewarding to me.”
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “A silly thing that I love would have to be Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I am a massive fan of the show. I rewatch it all the time. I collect the Omnibus and the graphic novels of postseasons. I gladly discuss down to great detail the storylines and plot. I’ve ever considered myself nerdy, but have been called nerdy by friends for my love of this show. I think I love the strong female character even though she has horrible taste in men. And vampires! Who doesn’t like vampires?”
What’s your favorite 90’s jam?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “My favorite 90’s jam? Picking just one song is a hard one. So much music I listened to in the ’90s shaped who I am today, so I can’t just pick one album or band. I think first and foremost it would be NIN’s The Perfect Drug from the Lost Highway soundtrack. I attribute NIN to me getting so into Industrial music, not that most rivet heads think NIN is pure Industrial, but it helped me discover other bands for sure. Second, it would have to be Tool’s Aenima. I am a HUGE Tool fan as well. I will always remember what I was doing when I first listened to that album.”
You walk into a market and only buy 3 things. What are they and why?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “If I only had three choices when I walk into a market, they would have to be Chocolate, Coffee, and an excellent stout and I am not talking about Guinness, but a local microbrew. I enjoy spending my evenings relaxing with a piece of chocolate and a good beer. These are my guilty pleasures. I don’t usually have more than one, and I love to savor them or even share with a friend. With coffee, it is just hard for me to do without. I don’t know if I could get through my day without my morning coffee ritual. I prefer dark coffee, just like my soul.”
What was the last job you held before joining iWantEmpire?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “The last job I had before joining IWantEmpire was and is still fetish modeling. I have been in the fetish and BDSM world for well over a decade. I am a classically trained Domme and was even collared in a lifestyle relationship to give me more understanding of the submissive role. I am a lifestyle, I am a rope fetishist, and I am happy to indulge others in their, and my kinks safely and consensually.
I have been a sex worker in various capacities during and since college, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. The last job I had outside of sex work was acting in local indie productions, commercials, and doing background/extra work.”
How did you get started on iWantClips?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “When I started on IWC, I had just begun producing clips after starring in other production companies for seven years. I often got asked if I would do custom videos, and I felt it was the right direction for me to go with my brand. While I still do work with other people, I can fully support myself through custom videos and producing my clips now. I feel like the years of acting classes I took are now really paying off. Haha!”
What are bad recommendations you hear given to people just starting out in the industry?
Goddess Olivia Rose: “I think one lousy recommendation that I had given to me while I was starting was that you had to fit a specific mold. That being a Top is black and white and that you have to be strictly Femdom to make things work. I think with humans, there is a lot of grey area and that not everything is black and white. You should just be you, whoever that person is, and people will love you for it.
One word of advice I do have that I have stuck to all these years is, “Not all money is good money.” I was told this as a rule of thumb when I started as a sex worker many years ago, and it still holds. It is ok to say no.”
