What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)?
Violet Doll: Almost everything I spend on myself goes back into my business, and there aren’t that many items under $100. Recently bought a young Tacca Chantrieri plant, also known as a bat flower. It’s a type of orchid. They aren’t easy to find so I had to order it online. I love plants and gardening
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
Violet Doll: I love bedtime snacks. A lot of people think it’s unhealthy to eat late, but I don’t believe it.
What’s your favorite ’90s jam?
Violet Doll: Such a tough question! So much good music in that decade. So I’ll just say Lords of Acid – Our Little Secret. The entire album.
You walk into a market and buy only three things, what are they and why?
Violet Doll: Coconut water – because it seems like the next best thing to water for hydration. Chips and salsa, a favorite snack. And wine, to dehydrate myself after all that coconut water. 🙂
How did you get started on iWantClips?
Violet Doll: I saw a few girls I’ve known for years from other sites using it, and figured I could trust it if they did. Ended up being one of the best business decisions I’ve ever made.
What was the last job you held before joining iWantEmpire?
Violet Doll: I’ve been in sex work for quite some time. I did a lot of camming and modeling before iWantEmpire, and even worked in a strip club. Before sex work I had jobs in medical clinics, salons & spas, animal shelters, child care, banks, restaurants. I’ve been working steadily since I was 14.
What are bad recommendations you hear in the industry?
Violet Doll: I’ve seen newbie online sex workers encouraging others to send out their own DMCA takedown notices. That’s not safe if you’re using your private information, and I’ve even heard of it leading to blackmail. Obviously, the people running some of these sites that host pirated content aren’t the most trustworthy characters. Also, you absolutely should use a P.O. box for your wish list, even if you’re convinced your address won’t be shared. Policies change and you can never be too safe.
