Welcome to this week’s Artist Spotlight, bringing the community together by delving into our Artists’ most inspiring ideas and practices, as well as a few of their favorite things. This week we are joined by sensual Chilean Domina, Valentina Fox. Read on to learn more about this chart-topping Princess.
What are some of your favorite aspects of being an Artist?
VF: I love the creative freedom I get from being an artist. Obviously, it’s nice being able to set your own work hours, but more than that, the ability to completely make an idea come to life on screen is so fulfilling. I love being able to create a scenario, a character, a set, I love the whole creative process from the idea to the editing!
How would you describe your style as a clip producer and Artist?
VF: I would say most of my clips are fairly relaxing, I would describe myself as a sensual dominatrix. I love to seduce my prey into submission, and then the mind-fucking begins!
What is the most memorable or noteworthy moment of being an Artist?
VF: I’m honestly a newer member of the IWantEmpire, but so far, my most noteworthy moment was making it onto the daily top selling page! It was a really exciting moment for me to see my clip up next to some of my idols.
What are your favorite categories (fetish, JOI, roleplay, humiliation, etc) to perform in and why?
VF: I love humiliation, sissification, and basically any other category that allows me to mindfuck, and make my viewers question their manhood, and eventually sanity. I love instilling my female supremacist views into my subs; whether that be by verbal degradation, humiliating tasks, or just placing mental triggers and creating rules.
Please describe your ideal sub and what this person could do to impress you.
VF: My ideal sub is first and foremost dedicated to my happiness. Submission is about bowing to your Dominant and placing her desires above your own. I want all of my subs to be eager to please, great communicators, and consistently show me how they make changes and sacrifices for me. I love to know I have a very real impact on your life. I want subs who have a desire to grow as submissives, and as people. Not only that, but they must be dedicated to my growth, and expanding my empire.
Would you consider your work as an Artist to be your lifestyle, or do you enjoy a balance/separation between being an Artist and your personal life?
VF: I consider what I do a 24/7 job! I am always communicating with subs, editing new clips, and even just thinking of new ideas when I’m “relaxing”. I love when my day to day activities inspire me to create a clip.
Please describe what being in the moment as an Artist feels like to you… Is it a rush? Exciting? Expected? Anything in between?
VF: Being an Artist is incredibly empowering. It’s fun to create fantasies and then bring them to life. It’s also exciting because every day is different, every sub is different, and this job definitely puts you in unexpected situations! And, it makes me incredibly happy to know that I have 100% freedom in the creative process and that I am able to support myself doing what I love to do!
If you had a theme song that played every time you entered a room, what would it be?
VF: P.I.M.P. -50 cent
If you could have any actor/actress play you in a movie about your life, who would you choose and why?
VF: Aubrey Plaza. I think she’s different, super sexy, and kind of scary. A perfect fit!
Are there any major celebrities that you have a crush on?
VF: Meg the Stallion. I love her soooo much.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without?
VF: Authentic Mexican food! I am especially obsessed with elote (Mexican street corn)
Do you have any current obsessions?
VF: 90 day fiancé. It’s such a trainwreck, I love it!
What is your favorite book?
VF: The Four Agreements
What is your dream home location?
VF: I’ve always dreamed of living in NYC actually! I’ve traveled a lot throughout My whole life so I’ve seen a lot of the world, but I really can’t think of anywhere else I would want to call home.
What is something about you that would surprise your audience?
VF: I think it would surprise my audience to know that I’m actually a very relaxed, meditative and introspective person in my personal life.
What was the last job you held before joining iWantEmpire?
VF: Makeup artist/stylist!
How did you get started on iWantClips?
VF: I first joined the online femdom community via Twitter. I realized quickly how much I love creating content, and most of my femdom idols are on IWC so this seemed like the next logical step.
What are bad recommendations you hear given to people just starting out in the industry?
VF: To ONLY focus on yourself and your work. Yes, you don’t want to get lost in seas of other profiles and lose your sense of style trying to emulate others BUT, I think it’s important in any industry to know what other people are doing and saying!
What advice would you give to a new artist starting out in the industry?
VF: Network, make friends, and work with other content creators. Don’t isolate yourself more than this industry already will! Just be smart and always keep in mind that this is your business when interacting with other Artists.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with your fans?
VF: Don’t reach out to tell me you love me, or you want to serve me, unless you’re prepared to pay. Loving me is expensive.
