If you could have one gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it— what would it say and why?
Princess Miki: “Asian Girls Are Dangerous.” Or “Not Your Submissive Asian Girl” in large, bold letters, accompanied by an image of me with a crop, engaging in ballbusting, or using a slave as human furniture. And of course, it will direct everyone who sees it to iWantPrincessMiki.com
Since I was young, I was thoroughly disgusted/saddened by the “submissive Asian girl stereotype,” and the fetishization of Asian women due to said stereotype (that’s why I loved Mulan as a child, and it’s a shame that she’s the one and only strong Asian female character I could look up to in mainstream American media).
As I grew older, I realized I can be who I want to be, embrace my true nature of dominance, and shove it in anyone’s face who believes otherwise.
I am a force to be reckoned with, and all white boys who assume I’m their little submissive Asian dream girl, I have something coming for them.
Something about you that would surprise your audience?
Princess Miki: All of my clips are shot on My iPhone 8 and a single ring light (sometimes two umbrella lights if I’m feeling up to it). And before I got a ring light, I used a single IKEA lamp with a bulb that emulates natural light.
I have a DSLR, but the quality of the clips shot on the iPhone seem to rival what is shot on the camera. It’s for convenience (I swear I’m not sponsored by Apple).
What was the last gift you gave someone?
Princess Miki: I bought a plane ticket to go to Japan with my mom in January. Before becoming a Domme, I would not have been able to purchase the ticket on such short notice.
She was extremely grateful that I am able to accompany her, and this is one of the many reasons why I love my job.
What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)?
Princess Miki: The ring light that I mentioned earlier changed the game. No more strategically placing my IKEA lamp, lol.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love?
Princess Miki: I’m an avid whisk(e)y taster and a bit of a snob. You’ll rarely catch me with a mixed drink as long as I have access to a decent bottle of whiskey that I can drink neat.
The (e) is for the spelling variation. Whiskey with an ‘e’ refers to bourbon and Irish whiskey. Whiskey with no ‘e’ refers to Scotch and all other whiskeys.
What’s your favorite ’90s jam?
Princess Miki: Basket Case by Green Day. It’s mostly because I would dig through my dad’s CD compartment when I was little and would steal any CD I could listen to on my own CD player I bought at a garage sale.
Dookie was one of my favorites, and I listened to that album countless times as a kid (and felt like a badass). There will always be a special place in my heart for old Green Day, even if my friends think I’m lame for it lol.
You walk into a market and buy only three things, what are they and why?
Princess Miki: A bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 23 year at MSRP (it’s incredibly overpriced thanks to the overly inflated rare whisk(e)y market, and I refuse to pay an absurd amount even if I can afford it). This probably doesn’t mean much to most, but I really am a whisk(e)y nerd.
– Eggs. My diet consists of 90% eggs.
– Sriracha. I drench everything in it.
What was the last job you held before joining iWantEmpire?
Princess Miki: I was a video editor/assistant producer/art director for a documentary. I’ve also been a freelance graphic designer, and I’ve worked in retail before that (and I never will again).
How did you get started on iWantClips?
Princess Miki: I had a friend who told me about Femdom — and it sounded like something that would blend well with my personality. I decided to make my first trial clip and sent it to a site called Humiliation POV. It was well received, so I figured I’d make the minimum 5 for iWantClips — something that back then, I knew as a popular clip site for this genre and various fetishes. I put them up, and they sold. They sold really well, actually. So of course, I kept going.
It was the best decision of my life. I had no idea my success would take off this much in less than a year, let alone 4 months, and I’m grateful for the opportunity and platform IWC has provided me.
What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession?
Princess Miki: I’ve been told that there’s a formula for Femdom and other fetish clips. I disagree. You should find your own voice and style, give customers and subs a reason to come to YOU specifically, and make sure that your style of domination is authentic. If you aren’t actually into it and merely follow a template, there’s a good chance your content will reflect that.
And definitely, don’t try to emulate the content of other Dommes. That’s 1.) theft of intellectual property and 2.) lazy.
